The Feed Room at Smith Bros Inc. highly values customer satisfaction! If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right! Please call us at 330-723-5556 to let us know that you would like to return your item(s). When you call, please have your order information ready including your name, the date the order was received, the product(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for this return. For your reference, we have provided general return guidelines below. These statements are a guideline only and The Feed Room at Smith Bros. Inc. has the right to refuse a return at their discretion.
Orders picked up in store:
- If you have a complaint about the quality of the product, claims must be made within 10 days of picking up your order. The Feed Room at Smith Bros. Inc. is not responsible for damages to items that were incurred after pickup including, but not limited to, improper storage and bag(s) coming open.
- If you have received the wrong item due to an error on The Feed Room at Smith Bros. Inc.’s part, bring the incorrect item back to the store within 10 days of picking up your item to exchange it for the correct item.
- If you ordered the incorrect item and have already picked it up, items may be returned to the store within 10 days for a refund or an exchange for the correct item. Returns may be denied due to items not being in the condition they were picked up in – damage to the product or incorrect storage causing food to become unable to be resold.
Orders shipped to you:
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the order.
- If the item arrives damaged, The Feed Room at Smith Bro’s Inc. will refund your order or send you a replacement item depending on availability and customer preference.
- If you have ordered the incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping as well as shipping for the correct item if available and desired.
- If you have received an item other than what you ordered, The Feed Room at Smith Bros. Inc. will pay for the return shipping and cover the cost of shipping the correct item to you if still available and desired.
